Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using bidflip.lol (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

bidflip.lol is a public pay-to-rank leaderboard. Users ("bidders") submit a project URL, name, category, and bid amount. The leaderboard displays all bidders sorted by bid amount, highest first. Bids are processed via Dodo Payments.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have a valid payment method to place a bid. We do not collect accounts or personal information beyond what Dodo Payments requires to process your payment.

4. Bid finality

All bids are final. We do not offer refunds. By placing a bid, you acknowledge and accept this. The only way to recover funds from a bid is to be outbid — the entry that was outbid does not get refunded, the new entry simply replaces it.

5. Bidder conduct

You agree to the Rules. Violation of the Rules may result in removal of your entry without refund.

6. Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit (project name, description, URL). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the leaderboard for as long as your entry is active.

7. Click data

We track outbound clicks on your entry for transparency. We do not sell click data. We do not share click data with third parties except as required by law.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend the Service at any time, with or without notice. In the event of termination, active bids at the time of termination will be honored for their paid duration, but the Service will not accept new bids.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific ranking will be maintained.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the bid in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the @bidflip_lol X account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
